Custom Manufacturing

Ready to build something?  Here's how we can help:

• CNC Milling for work pieces up to 30" x 60".

• CNC Turning with single pieces up to 13" diameter x 30" long and automatic bar feeding of parts up to 2" diameter. 

• Surface grinding of pieces up to 12" x 18".  

• Wire EDM cutting of  work pieces up to 12" x 20" x 6" thick.

• We can also MIG or TIG weld and heat treat parts in-house

System Integration

DMG can help you develop your next automation project with a turnkey or collaborative solution including design, fabrication, integration, and installation.  Our experience includes:
